Hi, my name is Miss Lisa. My family recently moved to Slidell from Kansas City. I am a mother, wife, and grandmother. Our blended families consist of three grown daughters, one grown son, and a son we had together, Joseph who is seven. I love interior design, and the food network. We are active in our church and ministries. I love the Lord and have been serving Him for 16 years. I am blessed daily. I am very excited to be part of the Open Arms family and look forward to a long service here. I also love education, reading, and martial arts. Our families are spread all across the US from CA to SC. I have a BS degree in Business Operations, a certificate in Project Management, and some Early Education classes under my belt. Before moving from Kansas City, I opened my own center for school aged children; while emphasizing health and nutrition. I am open to meet or talk to anyone wanting to know more about me.

Hi, my name is Annelise. I was always the kind of person who never really knew what to do after high school until I started a summer job and worked two summers at Apple Tree Preschool as a teacher assistant and really enjoyed it. After interning at school I realized that I wanted to become a teacher. When I found out that Open Arms was hiring, the first thing I did was come and apply. So far I love my job and look forward to coming to work every chance I get. I love working with kids and being able to interact with them. I feel it is very important to be a good role model for young children especially at such a young age. Coming into work every day and seeing the smiles on their faces is enough to brighten my day. I felt so welcome when I started my first day at work and the staff is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and I feel as if we are one big family.
